Психологічні особливості почуття любові як основи духовності майбутніх педагогічних працівників

Abstract

The problem of psychological peculiarities of love as the basis of future teachers’ spirituality opens up in the article. Scientific positions, which the analysis of the essence and nature of love in the structure of future teacher’s spirituality is based upon, are examined. The necessity of psychological study of future teacher’s spiritual love in teaching process at higher educational institutions is grounded. It was concluded that future teachers’ love as the basis of their spirituality is an integral psychological formation. Moreo- ver, this love does not mean reconciliation with human failures, but on the contrary, recognizes and affirms people’s positive traits. Future teachers’ love may be the force that resists the hatred, cruelty, aggressiveness, immersed not only in an educational environ- ment, but also in society in general. Future specialists’ love is formed under the impact of studying and education. The quality of this feeling is determined by the attitude to future teachers of their surrounding, including parents and teachers, in their childhood. A necessary condition for the formation of children’s ability to love is the manifestation of future specialists’ spiritual love in attitude to- wards them. Different kinds of students’ practical trainings are the great potential for the formation of the ability to experience love. However, in student’s teaching activities during practical training a lot of controversy arises due to the lack of numerous skills in his/her experience, which also affects the inability to show love for people. The prospects of our research are connected to the study of value and motivational, emotional, cognitive and behavioral components of future teachers’ spiritual love, as well as identifying ways of developing the ability to feel it in the process of studying at universities. У статті розкривається проблема психологічних особливостей почуття любові як основи духовності майбутніх педагогічних працівників. Розглядаються наукові позиції, на яких ґрунтується аналіз сутності та змісту любові в структурі духовності особистості, зокрема майбутніх педагогічних працівників. Обґрунтовується необхідність психологічного вивчення їх духовної любові в процесі навчання у вищому навчальному закладі.
