Стан роботи з підготовки розумово відсталих учнів до майбутнього сімейного життя в практиці допоміжної школи та в сім'ї

Abstract

The article analyzes the results of the study of the status of work on the preparation of the mentally retarded students for future family life in the practice of special school and in a family. We have analyzed the work done by practical psychologists, teachers and educators of special schools, as well as parents of mentally retarded children on the preparation of future family men. The article presents the analysis of training programs, educational activities, and the main types of psychological service activities at the schools aimed at preparing mentally retarded boys and girls to adulthood, where the main element is the creation of their own family. The results of the direct study of the current state of work on the preparation of students in need for correction of mental development for family life show that a special school’s reserves of variable solutions to correctional and educational problems are not used to the fullest. We have found out that in training and educational process this direction of pedagogical and psychological work does not always correspond to the age-specific interests of children and adolescents; it is characterized by the lack of appropriate teaching materials, as well as the use of methods and techniques. The analysis of syllabus, educational activities and work plans of practical psychologists and social teachers at a special school has shown that in the process of family education of mentally retarded pupils such aspects as the overall social, ethical, psychological, legal, physiological and hygienic, educational, aesthetic and economic are not widely covered. У статті проведено аналіз результатів дослідження, присвяченого вивченню стану роботи з підготовки розумово відсталих учнів до майбутнього сімейного життя в практиці допоміжної школи та в сім'ї. Проаналізовано роботу практичних психологів, вчителів і вихователів допоміжних шкіл та батьків учнів з підготовки майбутніх сім’янинів. Здійснено аналіз навчальних програм, календарно-тематичних планів виховних заходів, основних видів роботи психологічної служби допоміжних шкіл, спрямованих на підготовку розумово відсталих хлопців і дівчат до дорослого життя, де основним елементом є створення власної сім’ї.
