Проектування кар’єри як детермінанти професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів

Abstract

The article focuses on the problem of designing professional career of pedagogical university students. The author has come to the conclusion that designing future teachers’ professional career is a complex multi-aspect phenomenon which has psychological bases and is characterized by such factors as specific character of professional self-esteem, life-purpose orientations and personal attitude towards oneself. The structure of future teachers’ career designing is a complex and multi-aspect formation which is deter- mined by the unity of external (objective) and internal (subjective) factors. A future specialist’s living conditions (social, economic, space and other characteristics) belong to objective factors. Internal or subjective factors are the peculiarities of person’s career de- signing (attitude towards profession, understanding its significance). These peculiarities include their psychophysical, psychosocial and cognitive qualities. Thus, the characteristic feature of the content and technology of all the structural units of the processual and content-related model of designing future teachers’ career in the process of their training is their orientation at creating the opportuni- ties and conditions for forming and development of career readiness in terms of chosen speciality; at the development of personal and professional competence, which contributes to the career development and realization of career potential, successful employment and promotion at work. But the peculiarities of career designing in the process of future teachers’ professional training need to be further investigated and improved taking into account age peculiarities of students’ development and the specific character of their work orientation. According to this, the task-oriented system of psychological support of future specialists’ training should be developed. У статті акцентується увага на проблемі проектування професійної кар’єри студентами педагогічного вишу. Проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до психологічних особливостей проектування у студентському віці. Розглянуто процес проектування як детермінуючий фактор професійної підготовки майбутнього учителя. Обговорюється необхідність психологічного та організаційного супроводу кар’єри майбутніх фахівців.
