Особливості взаємозвязків асертивності з самоставленням та впевненістю у собі

Abstract

У цій статті презентовано результати емпіричного дослідження взаємозв’язків показників асертивності особистості з показниками самоставлення та впевненості у собі. Дослідження цих взаємозв’язків дало змогу

отримати важливу інформацію про асертивні прояви особистості та про внутрішній особистісний потенці- ал саморозвитку.This article presents the results of empiric research of interrelations of indexes of personality assertiveness and those of self-attitude and self-confidence. The investigation of these relationships enabled to get important information about personality assertive displays and about internal personality potential of self-development. This research deals with a differential and psychological analysis of assertiveness which is viwed as a systemic multilevel personality trait and is studied from the perspective of the continual and hierarchical approach. A special co-authored (O. P. Sannikova, A. I. Sannikov) methodology «Test-questionnaire of assertiveness components» (QTAC) has been developed for the diagnostics of qualitative components of assertiveness. Among the wide spectrum of qualities of personalities which the indexes of assertiveness are appropriately related to, it is the indexes of self-attitude and self-confidence that are chosen for a study. Relationships of the indexes of assertiveness and indexes of self-attitude and self-confidence are revealed. It has been shown, that a group of assertive individuals is characterized by high rates of its formal and dynamic qualitative indices that prove the presence of psychical activity, assertive recourses. A group of individuals with general low index of assertiveness demonstrates low rates of formal and dynamic qualitative characteristics. A wide range of personality traits (self-confidence, self-understanding, self-respect, self-assurance and confidence in own behavior, social courage,

self-supportability, independence, internality, risk proneness, adventurism, cheerfulness, dignity, firmness, non- recognition of authority etc.) has been revealed. With the help of the qualitative analysis individual psychological pecu- liarities of assertiveness have been examined.
