The possibilities of scientific extrapolating concept "permaculture" in the field of psychological theory and practice were considered, separation of permanent and it nonpermanent polar forms of personal growth. It is proposed to sepa- rate three types of human culture in general: permaculture, ekspaculture and praculture. In accordance to differentiate ekspaculture and permaculture of personal growth. Their differences consists in the fact that ekspaculture focused on achieving maximum of personal growth (and getting maximum from the natural environment, even at the cost of its exhaustion) and permaculture focused on achieving the optimum. Long-term effectiveness of personal growth not taken into account or consciously is sacrificed. Ekspaculture focuses on human dominion over the natural environment and their own human nature and permaculture on cooperation with nature and creating the conditions for self-movement processes both in ecosystems and human nature.Typical for ekspaculture is lower cost of relation to nature, especially wildlife, and exaggeration of higher cost that created or transformed by human. It is proved that the development of civilization was first of all in the form of ekspaculture, increasing alienation from nature and leaving from human affinity with environment that took place in praculture. If ekspaculture is dialec- tical negation, the antithesis of praculture then permaculture is dialectical synthesis. Regarding personal growth, this means that a person must again return to nature and to integrate with it on a higher level than praculture. Permaculture of personal growth set to optimum, not maximum of self-creation, is based on the cooperation with their own human nature, but not domination on it, and creation and carries itself through the creation of own ecosystems and ecosystem through self-creation, creating personal permacoenosis as a form of constructive life world of the individual.
