Професійна мобільність молоді в умовах формування гнучкого суспільства в Україні: соціально-філософський аналіз

Abstract

Робота присвячена соціально-філософському аналізу професійної мобільності молоді в умовах формування гнучкого суспільства у сучасній Україні. Автор досліджує новітні тенденції розвитку професійної мобільності молоді в умовах постійних змін суспільного середовища, характеризуючи під час дослідження молодь, її професійну соціалізацію, зумовлені самоідентифікацією, професійним вибором та соціальною активністю. Розгляд у роботі особливостей професійної самоідентифікації, формування професійного вибору, професійної мобільності молоді, відношення до праці та освіти, постають однією з підстав для визначення ролі молодіжної субкультури в сучасному українському суспільстві. Виділено специфічні особливості формування професійного вибору, який стає основою для самовизначення молоді в структурі професійної діяльності. The work is devoted to social and philosophical analysis of professional mobility of young people in the conditions of formation of a flexible society in modern Ukraine. The author explores the current tendencies of development of professional mobility of young people in the conditions of constant changes of the social environment, considering in the course of the research youth, its professional socialization, caused by self-identification, professional choice and social activity. To consider in the work features of professional self-determination, formation of professional choice, professional mobility of young people become one of the grounds for determining the role of the youth subculture in modern Ukrainian society. The specific features of the formation of professional choice, which becomes the basis for determining the self-determination of young people in the structure of professional activity, are distinguished. The concepts of "youth", "socialization", "professional mobility", "professional self-identification" are explored. Various approaches to the consideration of professional mobility in the context of the formation of a flexible society in Ukraine are analyzed.
