Формування інтелектуальної культури майбутнього вчителя початкової ланки як складова професійної компетентності

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему формування інтелектуальної культури особистості. Подано аналіз по- нять «інтелект» та «інтелектуальна культура». Інтелектуальна культура особистості є одним зі структур- них компонентів особистісної культури як цілісного та системного явища. Інтелектуальна культура зале- жить і одночасно впливає на розвиток усіх видових підсистем особистісної культури, пов’язаних між собою.

The review of the definitions of “intelligence”, “intellectual culture” has been represented in the paper. Intellectual culture of a person

is one of the structural components of personal culture as an integral and system phenomenon. Intellectual culture de- pends on and simultaneously influences the development of all specific subsystems of personal culture, connected with

each other. It is a result of intellectual education and student’s personal development. Intellectual culture of a person is being formed throughout his/her life. The current level of public life, international relations and environmental situation have led to the emergence of fundamentally new problems and challenges, understanding and finding solutions to the

problems for which an entirely new future teachers’ training is required. In this context, the issues of education intellec- tualization, students’ culture formation deserve particular notice. The efficiency of students’ intellectual culture forma- tion depends on such conditions as taking into account the specific character of academic subjects; implementation of

the didactic principles (scientific character and rapid learning, availability, autonomy, positive emotional background and respect for the student’s personality, academicism and educational training); a high level of professor’s professional

and pedagogical skills; methodical support of students’ learning process and creating favourable conditions for produc- tive, creative and individual work; qualitative and systematic monitoring of teaching and learning activities.
