Вплив індивідуально-психологічних і психоемоційних характеристик на адаптивний потенціал особистості лікарів-інтернів

Abstract

У статті наведено результати дослідження індивідуально-психологічних та психоемоційних характеристик на адаптивний потенціал лікарів-інтернів першого та другого року навчання, проаналізовано основні фактори професійної адаптивності, оцінено рівні домагань, як важливий структуростворюючий

чинник розвитку особистості. Крім цього, у статті надано рекомендації щодо комплексного медико- психологічного прогнозування професійно важливих якостей лікарів-інтернів.In the article the results of the research aimed at revealing individual psychological and psycho-emotional characteristics of the adaptive capacity of interns are presented; the main factors of professional adaptability are reviewed; the level of aspirations as an important structure-forming factor in personality development is assessed.Adaptive capacity is considered in the paradigm of successful professional adaptation and the direction of individual behavior. Besides, the notion of “adaptability” includes the recognition of the necessary changes that take place in the consciousness of an individual in the process of learning new activities and communication. With the help of a questionnaire by J. Taylor (the level of anxiety) two groups of interns have been formed: G1 included interns with medium (with a tendency to high) and high levels of anxiety and G2 included interns with medium (with a tendency to low) and low anxiety levels. The study of psycho-emotional and personality traits using the scale of D. McLean (tolerance to uncertainty), test “Viability”, the motor test of I. Schwarzländer (level of aspirations) made it possible to draw conclusions about the important structural components of identity formation as a professional, to associate them with self-esteem and motivation, which occur in different kinds of activities. The research results show that despite the protective response of anxiety, its high levels interfere achieving the objectives, because such people are characterized by the low level of tolerance to uncertainty, low indicators of control scales, taking risks and a low level of aspirations, indicating the low self-esteem, choosing easier targets, unpreparedness to act decisively in difficult and stressful situations. In addition, some recommendations for integrated medical and psychological prediction of professionally important qualities of interns are presented in the paper.
