Особливості професійної підготовленості офіцерів військово-морських сил до виконання завдань в екстремальних умовах службової діяльності

Abstract

У статті надані результати проведеного дослідження із розробки педагогічної технології професійної та прикладної фізичної підготовки офіцерів Військово-Морських Сил з метою виконання завдань в екстремальних умовах службової діяльності. Експериментально доведена дієвість та ефективність розробленої педагогічної технології. Процес самовизначення офіцерів Військово-Морських Сил залежить від багатьох факторів, перш

за все, від суб’єктивних якостей особистості, які пов’язані з мотивацією їх навчання, відношення до професій- ної діяльності, характеру та рівня підготовки, творчого потенціалу фахових викладачів, керівників навчальних

занять та військових колективів.The results of the carried out research aimed at the development of pedagogical technology of professional and applied physical training of naval officers to implement tasks under the extreme conditions of service activity are presented in the article.

Effectiveness and efficiency of the developed pedagogical technology have been experimentally proven. Examples seem to in- dicate that the task of naval officers’ professional and applied physical fitness (preparedness) can be solved neither in a

complex, nor in the single system of studies. There are no basic criteria of estimating naval officers’ professional level of preparedness and their capability of implementing special tasks in terms of military conflicts. Especially low level of professional preparedness of naval officers while implementing one or another battle norm is noticed. It is largely determined by their physical capacity and physical fitness on the whole. The search for pedagogical terms and basic directions of naval officers’ professional and applied physical training system improvement has been carried on the basis of the development of general theoretical and practical ideas, methods and forms of optimization of the above mentioned processes. Professional

preparedness means assessment of naval officers’ qualification proficiency level, self-confidence and responsibility for deci- sions they take, the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and ability for self-examination (self-analysis) and self- perfection. The process of self-determination of naval officers depends on many factors. First of all it depends on subjective

personality traits, related to their learning motivation, attitude to professional activity, character and level of training, creative professional capacity of teachers, coaches and military collective in general. Therefore, the problem of producing educational

technology on high-qualified organization of professional and applied physical preparedness (fitness) of naval officers in to- day’s armed conflicts has become one of the main tasks of military science.
