The analysis of pedagogical researches results in the field of vocational training of adolescents with hearing dis- orders has shown a close connection between the level of physical development and physical fitness of children, their locomotor activity and mental development. Children who are active during a day, are characterized by the average and high level of physical development, the best indicators of a functional condition, economic work of cardiovascular and respiratory systems, the higher adaptable possibilities of a body, smaller proneness to cold-related diseases. The insuffi- cient locomotor activity leads to weakening of an organism and its functional systems, causing the development of a number of chronic diseases. Means of adaptive physical training have an important role in solving problems of correc- tion, rehabilitation and social integration of disabled teenagers. A great variety and diverse orientation of physical exer- cises which are applied in system of adaptive physical training allow to carry out the selection and the necessary combi- nation taking into account problems of correction of locomotor disorders and increase of physical fitness of special schools pupils to an optimum level. Working out of the content, forms and methods of providing qualified aid to tee- nagers with hearing disorders is one of relevant directions of modern correctional Pedagogy. Researchers mark deaf people’s features of locomotor activity which depend on hearing loss, insufficient speaking activity, reduction of infor- mation scope because of hearing loss, on a state and development of the locomotor analyzer, and also on the degree of functional activity of the vestibular analyzer. At the same time all researchers notice that in cases of hearing disorders there is a possibility to regulate and carry out difficult kinds of movements, to influence some functions by means of the saved analyzers. With the help of the optimum organization of locomotor activity it is possible not only to eliminate loco- motor disorders development, but also to raise the level of their physical development and to improve a functional state of the basic life-support systems which will contribute to their social integration and vocational training. Skilful use of physi- cal exercises in the course of correctional work allows to prevent locomotor disorders, to normalize deaf adolescents’ physical development and overcome secondary disturbances.
