Виховання культури здоров’я студентів в умовах спортивного дозвілля

Abstract

Проблема здоров’я та культури здоров’я є однією з основних проблем людини. Суттєву допомогу в реалізації проблеми виховання культури здоров’я надають кафедри фізичного виховання ВНЗ. Одним із критеріїв культурного рівня людини є її здатність з великою користю для себе і суспільства заповнювати своє дозвілля. Метою дослідження було теоретичне й практичне обґрунтування формування культури здоров’я студентів в умовах спортивного дозвілля. Доведено, що спортивне дозвілля має великі можливості для реалізації духовно- морального, художньо-естетичного, творчого і рекреативного потенціалу особистості. The problem of health and health culture appears to be one of the most important among existing ones. The essential help in solving the problem of students’ health culture can be provided by physical training departments of institutions of higher education. One of the criteria of person’s cultural level is his\her ability to spend leisure time with a great use for him\her and the society. The goal of our investigation is theoretical and practical substantiation of developing students’ health culture in terms of sport leisure time. The latter is proved to have huge possibilities for realization of spiritual and moral, artistic and aesthetic, creative and recreation potential of a person.
