Творчі вправи як засіб розвитку комунікативної компетенції студентів

Abstract

У статті акцентується увага на відмінностях між компетентністю та компетенцією, розглядаються особливості комунікативної компетенції та визначаються її складові. Також аналізуються відмінності твор-чих вправ від нетворчих. Автори пропонують низку творчих вправ, які можна застосовувати під час занять із студентами іноземною мовою та визначають їх вплив на розвиток комунікативної компетенції. Під час про-ведення експерименту групи поділяються на контрольні та експериментальну. Ефективність застосування творчих вправ та їх вплив на розвиток комунікативної компетенції студентів перевіряється за допомогою методу аналізу продуктів діяльності студентів та методу експертної оцінки з боку викладачів-предметників. В статье акцентируется внимание на отличиях между компетентностью и компетенцией, рассматриваются особенности коммуникативной компетенции и выявляются еѐ составляющие. Также анализируются отличия творческих упражнений и нетворческих. Авторы предлагают ряд творческих упражнений, которые можно ис-пользовать во время занятий иностранным языком со студентами и определяют их влияние на развитие комму-никативной компетенции. Во время проведения эксперимента группы делят на контрольную и эксперименталь-ную. Эффективность использования творческих упражнений и их влияние на развитие коммуникативной ком-петенции студентов проверяется с помощью метода анализа продуктов деятельности и метода экспертной оценки со стороны преподавателей-предметников. The article focuses on the differences between competency and competence: competence is a certain standard, the achievement of which may indicate the possibility of a correct solution of a certain task, and competency is an assess-ment of achieving this standard. The features of the communicative competence are considered and its components are identified (language competence, subject competence, linguistic competence and pragmatic competence). Also the dif-ferences between creative and uncreative exercises are analyzed: a creative exercise is an exercise, solution to which cannot be obtained on the basis of a logical conclusion from the given data; it involves creating new methods of opera-tion or peculiar use of existing methods, which leads to the emergence of new knowledge. A number of creative exer-cises which can be used at foreign language lessons with students are offered by the authors. They include business and person-oriented games, brainstorming, case study, etc. The suggested exercises force students to think creatively finding solutions to specific problems, to prove and justify their point of view, to find arguments and counterarguments on the same topic. The effectiveness of creative exercises use at English lessons and their influence on students’ communica-tive competence development are tested by means of the method of activity products analysis and method of expert evaluation by subject teachers. The results of the carried out research prove that the use of creative exercises has posi-tive influence on formation and development of students’ communicative competence.
