Abstract

. The article presents dependence of youth’s selfactualisation and value patterns on their professional orientation. The results of the research held among the students-psychologists prove that most of them have a high level of self-actualisation. We believe it is based on their professional orientation and demands put to a personality of a professional: more effective perception of reality and human nature, self-perception and perception of others; spontaneity, simplicity and natural conduct; right realization of goals and means used to achieve them, etc.
