Професійний менталітет майбутніх вчителів

Abstract

У даній статті розглядається структурний аналіз професійного менталітету майбутніх вчителів. На підставі багатогранності даного поняття нами були виділені наступні компоненти: педагогічне мислення, розвинена педагогічна самосвідомість і педагогічна культура. The article suggests the structural analysis of professional mentality of future teachers. On the basis of manysided nature of the concept we pointed out the following components: pedagogical thinking, developed pedagogical consciousness and the pedagogical culture. Their interrelation enables to speak about the ambiguous nature of this phenomenon which consists of the structural character on the one hand, and the indissoluble unity of the components on the other hand, which provides integrity of the given formation.
