Продуктивна діяльність викладача університету: сутність поняття та критерії визначення

Abstract

Метою даної статті є теоретичне обгрунтування поняття «Продуктивна діяльність викладача університету» і визначення критеріїв продуктивності. В результаті проведеного аналізу автор визначає продуктивну діяльність як таку, яка орієнтована, перш за все, на результат. The performed analysis enabled the author to define productive activity as the one which is focused first of all on result. The author points out some criteria of productive scientific and pedagogical activity of the teacher of university: 1) ability to achieve high results; comprehension of what is to be considered valid results of activity; ability to anticipate further strategies of realization of a result of activity in the subsequent system; 2) productive thinking in selection of the contents of educational information, which will promote development of a student at the level of modern achievement of science and manufacturing, communication facilities and technologies; 3) realization of productive strategy of activity as methods, means, technologies of training, which will allow reaching adequate result of activity – to generate the experts capable for creativity and professional self-development; 4) productive behaviour, which will allow constructing the relations with students promoting achievement of maximum results; 5) ability for professional selfdevelopment.
