Самоорганізація майбутніх учителів фізичної культури як складник їхньої професійної підготовки

Abstract

Розкрито сутність професійної самоорганізації майбутніх учителів фізичної культури. Визначено педагогічні умови формування вказаного конструкту в студентів факультетів фізичного виховання в процесі їх фахової підготовки. The problem of the quality improvement of higher professional education is one of today’s most topical issues Pedagogy deals with. The education quality is determined by the state and resultativeness of the educational process of teaching, its correspondence with the needs of society; it presupposes a social component which includes the formation of an intellectual personality who has a positive motivation for self-development and self-improvement, which increases essentially the significance of the formation of the professional self-organization in the process of students/ professional training at an institution of higher education.
