Педагогічні умови формування рефлексивної культури у фаховій підготовці майбутніх інженерів-будівельників

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування рефлексивної культури майбутніх інженерів-будівельників у процесі фахової підготовки: наступність і поетапність формування рефлексивної культури у ході фахової підготовки студентів, що забезпечує усвідомлення майбутніми інженерами-будівельниками сутності рефлексивної культури та її значущості у професійній діяльності, становлення їхньої професійно зорієнтованої рефлексивної позиції; The article studies the pedagogical conditions enabling the formation of the future civil engineers’ reflexive culture in the process of their professional training, continuity and phased formation of reflexive culture during the training, provides the awareness of future civil engineers of the nature of reflexive culture and its significance in professional activities, the establishment of professionally oriented reflexive position; educational and methodologi- cal support formation of future engineers’ knowledges about the reflexive culture and reflexive skills; creating reflexive environment of the educational process and using the informal training potential for involving students into reflexive activity.
