Інтеграційний підхід у професійній підготовці майбутніх фахівців у галузі юриспруденції

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано змістовий аспект професійної спрямованості підготовки майбутніх фахівців у галузі юриспруденції. Визначено, що для забезпечення інтеграції гуманітарних та професійних знань та умінь, необхідна професійна спрямованість усіх навчальних дисциплін. Розроблена модель реалізації професійної спрямованості підготовки майбутніх фахівців у галузі юриспруденції на засадах інтегративного підходу. Запропонована модель передбачає інтеграцію гуманітарних та фахових дисциплін. В основу моделі закладено судження про фундаментальний характер гуманітарних дисциплін у процесі підготовки майбутніх фахівців та їх професійна спрямованість. Метою розробленої моделі є формування професійної спрямованості підготовки майбутніх фахівців у галузі юриспруденції до професійної діяльності на засадах інтегративного підходу. Socially justified requirements to graduates, being able competently to solve complex issues in the field of law are implemented in modern education standards. However, to ensure a high level of implementation in practice remains a problem of higher education. This leads to the need of researching the problem of forming and updating the training contents, including the humanitarian component of training future professionals in the field of jurisprudence. The aim of the research is the formation of professional training in the field of law on the basis of the integration approach. The features of the professional orientation training of future professionals in the field of law based on the principles of the integration approach are divided into organizational, semantic and philosophical ones. One of the means of realization of professional orientation is the realization of the targeted profiling as interdisciplinary connections of general education and special disciplines. The structure of professional readiness of the future experts in the field of law presupposes the existence of the interrelated components: motivational orientative, cognitive-integrative and situational active. It was established that the characteristics of the working environment in the field of law requires the integrative professional training: the possession of those standards of national law which most closely approximate to the international legal regulations and international relations in particular; the knowledge of other legal systems, which leads to the need of studying the national legal disciplines primarily in the comparative legal direction; certain level of preparedness in humanitarian sphere. Integration of teaching methods provides a number of educational learning conditions for mastering professional disciplines within higher education. The content of the educational material on the basis of the integration approach should be seen as a system of related disciplines based on professional orientation. The model selected is based on the judgments about integration approach in the training of future specialists in law and their professional orientation. The use of the model will contribute to the success of the training of future professionals in the field of law, because it involves the integration of humanitarian and professional knowledge. The integration approach means identifying the existing potential of the humanities in the implicit form with the help of innerdisciplinary and interdisciplinary integration of knowledge; establishing significant relationships between relatively independent concepts, the objects and the phenomena of political science and law; creating preconditions for creative thinking and knowledge of their own; formation of the mixed concepts and their active use in the educational process; the connection of studies with life and practice; interdisciplinary connections, integration of knowledge and skills, profiling contents, succession, continuity of learning.
