Духовна культура особистості, як основа позитивного іміджу вчителя

Abstract

У статті розглянуто питання духовної культури особистості як основи позитивного іміджу вчителя; проаналізовано сукупність положень, що становлять теоретико–методологічну основу дослідження формування позитивного іміджу вчителя та розвитку його духовної культури; визначено провідні тенденції, принципи, психолого–педагогічні умови й технології розвитку духовної культури майбутніх учителів. The article brings up some issues on spiritual culture of personality as the basis of positive image of a teacher; analyzes a set of theses that constitute the theoretical and methodological basis of research on formation of positive image of teachers and their spiritual culture. Spiritual culture of a teacher is considered to be an integral personal quality that determines its focus on creating own values and informative field; a way of mastering basic value orientation in professional life; a measure of assigning and updating of spiritual values.
