Соціальна диференціація суспільства в умовах його трансформації: (соціально-філософський аспект)

Abstract

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено соціально-філософському осмисленню та виявленню тенденцій та закономірностей соціальної диференціації українського суспільства в умовах його трансформації. Проаналізовано особливості структуралістського, функціонального та системного підходів до аналізу соціальної структури суспільства. Розкрито поняття соціальної диференціації, під якою розуміється розчленування суспільного організму або його частини на взаємопов’язані елементи. Системна методологія збагатила структурно-функціональний підхід розгляду диференціації новою пізнавальною специфікою. За нею суспільство є саморегульованою системою, що має здатність до цілепокладання і виконує функцію розділення видів діяльності, ролей, груп, що є необхідними для самозбереження системи. Розглядаються наслідки та форми диференціації, однією з яких є стратифікація.

Dissertation research is devoted to the social-philosophical comprehension of features cognition of Ukrainian society social differentiation in the conditions of its transformation. Features are analyzed of strouctoural, functional and system the approaches to the analysis of social structure of society. Notion of social differentiation, under which is understood as dismemberment of the social organism or his part on associate elements, is exposed. System methodology enriched structural-functional approach of consideration of differentiation by a new cognitive specific. After it the society is the selfregulated system, that has a capacity to designate a purpose and executes the division function of activity types, roles, groups, which are necessary for self-preservation of the system. The consequences and forms of differentiation are examined, one of which is stratification. The features of evolutional changes are described in public consciousness in the period of transformation processes, the basic reference points of social management are outlined on micro- and macroeconomic level, related to adjusting by the processes of differentiation in society.
