Міжнародні корпорації як політичні актори у глобалізованому світі: теоретичні засади, еволюція та механізми впливу

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження зумовлена трансформацією сучасної системи міжнародних відносин унаслідок глобалізаційних процесів, що супроводжуються зростанням ролі недержавних акторів, передусім транснаціональних корпорацій, у формуванні політичних процесів на глобальному рівні. У цих умовах відбувається поступове зміщення центрів прийняття рішень від держав до наднаціональних і корпоративних структур, що актуалізує необхідність теоретичного осмислення політичної суб’єктності міжнародних корпорацій. Метою статті є комплексний аналіз транснаціональних корпорацій як політичних акторів у системі міжнародних відносин та визначення особливостей їхнього впливу на глобальні політичні процеси в умовах глобалізації. Для досягнення поставленої мети використано сукупність загальнонаукових і спеціальних методів, зокрема аналіз і синтез – для узагальнення теоретичних підходів; історико-генетичний метод – для дослідження еволюції транснаціональних корпорацій; порівняльний метод – для зіставлення наукових концепцій; системний підхід – для розгляду їх як елементів глобальної політичної системи. У результаті дослідження встановлено, що транснаціональні корпорації пройшли складну еволюцію від економічних структур до впливових політичних акторів, здатних формувати нові центри прийняття рішень, впливати на державну політику та міжнародні відносини. Обґрунтовано, що сучасні ТНК виступають не лише рушійною силою глобалізації, але й чинником трансформації державного суверенітету, сприяючи його частковій ерозії та посиленню залежності держав від глобальних економічних процесів. Визначено, що їхній вплив зумовлений концентрацією фінансових, технологічних і інформаційних ресурсів, а також здатністю інтегрувати економічні та політичні інтереси у глобальному масштабі. The relevance of the study is determined by the transformation of the contemporary system of international relations under the influence of globalization processes, which are accompanied by the growing role of non-state actors, primarily transnational corporations, in shaping political processes at the global level. In these conditions, there is a gradual shift of decision-making centers from states to supranational and corporate structures, which highlights the need for a theoretical understanding of the political subjectivity of international corporations. The aim of the article is to provide a comprehensive analysis of transnational corporations as political actors within the system of international relations and to identify the specific features of their influence on global political processes in the context of globalization. To achieve this aim, a set of general scientific and specialized methods is employed, including analysis and synthesis to generalize theoretical approaches, the historical-genetic method to examine the evolution of transnational corporations, the comparative method to compare scientific concepts, and the systems approach to consider them as elements of the global political system. The results of the study show that transnational corporations have undergone a complex evolution from purely economic entities to influential political actors capable of shaping new decision-making centers, influencing state policy, and affecting international relations. It is substantiated that modern TNCs act not only as drivers of globalization but also as factors in the transformation of state sovereignty, contributing to its partial erosion and increasing the dependence of states on global economic processes. Their influence is determined by the concentration of financial, technological, and informational resources, as well as their ability to integrate economic and political interests on a global scale.
