Developing psychological resilience in future teachers as the foundation of their professional image

Abstract

Thus, in today’s educational context, psychological resilience is regarded as a key value defining a teacher’s professional image. To summarize the above, we emphasize that the purposeful development of this ability during higher education is the key to a future teacher’s conscious shaping of their own professional image and becoming an authoritative specialist capable of constructive interaction and maintaining professional identity even in crisis conditions. Отже, у сучасному освітньому контексті психологічна стійкість розглядається як ключова цінність, що визначає професійний імідж учителя. Підсумовуючи викладене, наголосимо, що цілеспрямований розвиток цієї здатності в процесі здобуття вищої освіти є запорукою того, що майбутній учитель зможе свідомо формувати власний професійний імідж і стати авторитетним фахівцем, здатним до конструктивної взаємодії та збереження професійної ідентичності навіть в умовах кризи.
