Культурні проєкти як засіб неформальної освіти молоді в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

У тезах досліджено роль культурних проєктів як ефективного засобу неформальної освіти молоді в умовах цифровізації сучасного суспільства. Проаналізовано сутність неформальної освіти як важливого складника безперервного особистісного та професійного розвитку молодого покоління. Обґрунтовано значення культурних проєктів у формуванні творчого потенціалу, громадянської активності, міжкультурної комунікації та цифрової компетентності молоді. Акцентовано увагу на використанні цифрових платформ, соціальних мереж, онлайн-музеїв, віртуальних виставок, медіапроєктів і мультимедійних технологій для організації культурно-освітньої діяльності та залучення молоді до культурного простору. Висвітлено можливості культурних ініціатив щодо розвитку критичного мислення, медіаграмотності, комунікативних навичок і творчого самовираження учасників освітнього процесу. Водночас визначено виклики цифрової епохи, пов’язані з інформаційним перевантаженням, поверхневим сприйняттям культурного контенту та необхідністю забезпечення цифрової культури. Зроблено висновок, що культурні проєкти в умовах цифровізації виступають важливим інструментом неформальної освіти молоді, сприяють соціокультурному розвитку особистості та інтеграції сучасних освітніх і культурних практик.

This paper examines the role of cultural projects as an effective means of non-formal education for young people in the context of the digitalization of modern society. The essence of non-formal education as a vital component of the continuous personal and professional development of the younger generation is analyzed. The significance of cultural projects in fostering the creative potential, civic engagement, intercultural communication, and digital literacy of young people is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the use of digital platforms, social networks, online museums,

virtual exhibitions, media projects, and multimedia technologies to organize cultural and educational activities and engage youth in the cultural sphere. The article highlights the potential of cultural initiatives to develop critical thinking, media literacy, communication skills, and creative self-expression among participants in the educational process. At the same time, it identifies the challenges of the digital age related to information overload, superficial perception of cultural content, and the need to foster digital culture. It is concluded that cultural projects in the context of digitalization serve as an important tool for the non-formal education of youth, contribute to the sociocultural development of the individual, and facilitate the integration of modern educational and cultural practices.
