Abstract

Актуальність проблеми дослідження зумовлена стрімкою цифровізацією суспільства та активним впровадженням систем штучного інтелекту в економічну, управлінську, освітню, медичну та безпекову сфери. Алгоритмічне прийняття рішень, масовий аналіз персональних даних і автоматизація когнітивних процесів істотно трансформують механізми соціальної взаємодії, моделі праці та способи репрезентації людини в цифровому середовищі. Зміщення центру прийняття рішень до автоматизованих систем актуалізує проблему збереження людської гідності як фундаментального принципу правового й морального порядку, що визначає межі допустимого використання технологій щодо особи та забезпечує пріоритет автономії над технічною ефективністю. Relevance of the research problem is determined by the rapid digitalization of society and the active implementation of artificial intelligence systems in economic, administrative, educational, medical, and security sectors. Algorithmic decision-making, large-scale personal data analysis, and the automation of cognitive processes significantly transform mechanisms of social interaction, models of labor, and forms of human representation in the digital environment. The shift of decision-making authority toward automated systems intensifies the problem of preserving human dignity as a fundamental principle of legal and moral order, defining the limits of permissible technological intervention and ensuring the priority of autonomy over technical efficiency. The purpose of the article is to provide a comprehensive philosophical and legal analysis of the content of human dignity in the era of artificial intelligence and to determine normative guidelines for its protection within algorithmically structured reality. The methodological framework is based on philosophicalanthropological, normative-legal, and systemic approaches. The study employs methods of conceptual analysis, theoretical generalization, comparison, and interdisciplinary interpretation. The ontological and normative dimensions of dignity are distinguished, and the influence of the algorithmic environment on the transformation of subjectivity, privacy, and the sphere of labor is examined, as well as the risks of instrumentalization of the individual. The results demonstrate that the development of artificial intelligence creates a risk of reducing the human being to an informational profile and a functional element of a digital system. It is substantiated that algorithmic optimization of decision-making may narrow the space of autonomy, complicate mechanisms of responsibility, and increase dependence on opaque technical procedures. Human dignity is justified as a regulatory principle defining the limits of permissible technological interference in personal integrity, labor, and digital autonomy. The necessity of establishing a human-centered approach to AI development is emphasized, including transparency of algorithmic procedures, proportionality in data collection, the possibility of reviewing automated decisions, and the preservation of meaningful human control. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the comprehensive philosophical and legal interpretation of human dignity within algorithmically organized reality shaped by artificial intelligence systems.
