Військова дипломатія як інструмент реалізації зовнішньої політики України

Abstract

У статті досліджується генеза поняття військової дипломатії та її сутність. За результатами дослідження виявлено, що в наукових колах є суттєві розбіжності щодо інтерпретації його визначення. Саме тому, зважаючи на зазначене, перед Україною нині постає цілий комплекс інструментальних завдань у сфері військової дипломатії, без реалізації яких не можна говорити про ефективну реалізацію зовнішньої політики та діяльність сектору безпеки та оборони у забезпеченні національних інтересів підчас широкомасштабної війни. Зважаючи на зазначене, зроблено спробу сформулювати нове, по-суті авторське, визначення терміна «військова дипломатія», що може впорядкувати понятійно-категорійний апарат означеної царини дослідження на шляху лобіювання Україною своїх національних (зовнішньо-політичних) інтересів у сучасних реаліях. The article examines the genesis of the concept of military diplomacy and its essence. The results of the study revealed that there are significant differences in scholarly circles regarding the interpretation of its definition. Therefore, in light of this, Ukraine currently faces a comprehensive set of instrumental tasks in the sphere of military diplomacy, without the realization of which it is impossible to speak of the effective implementation of foreign policy and the activity of the security and defense sector in ensuring national interests during a large-scale war. Considering the above, an attempt has been made to formulate a new, essentially original, definition of the term «military diplomacy,» which can organize the conceptual and categorical apparatus of this field of research on the way to Ukraine’s lobbying for its national (foreign policy) interests in modern realities.
