| Abstract: | The second (Master’s) level of higher education in Ukraine is aimed at developing in candidates the ability to participate in the creation and implementation of new educational content and innovative teaching methodologies (technologies), to combine their pedagogical (scientific-pedagogical, artistic-pedagogical) activity at a high professional level with the dissemination of best practices, expert engagement, and mentoring based on their own pedagogical experience. A particular mission of the second (Master’s) level of higher pedagogical education is the preparation of teaching staff to ensure the functioning of institutions of, primarily, pedagogical and specialized education, professional pre-tertiary, postgraduate, and specialized secondary education of both academic and vocational orientation [3]. However, in recent years the educational environment of institutions has undergone reforms: legislative acts have been amended, the working conditions of educators have been transformed, and societal demands for the professionalism of teachers have intensified. Therefore, it is considered appropriate to examine the specifics of training future teachers in a pedagogical university in accordance with the contemporary requirements of society, the state, and the academic community. |
