Глобалізація як виклик культурному різноманіттю: соціально-культурні практики у збереженні національної спадщини

Abstract

В епоху глобалізації, коли відбувається уніфікація способів життя та поширення масової культури, особливого значення набуває проблема збереження культурної ідентичності та національної спадщини. Соціокультурні практики стають ключовим механізмом підтримки культурної стійкості та формування національної компетентності громадян. Їхня роль полягає у відтворенні культурного досвіду, збереженні справжності та формуванні почуття приналежності до спільноти. Мета дослідження: проаналізувати роль соціально-культурних практик у формуванні національної компетентності громадян як ключового механізму збереження та актуалізації національної культурної спадщини в умовах глобалізації. Методи дослідження: метод аналізу та синтезу наукових джерел; філософський та концептуальний аналіз; кейс-аналіз та опис; міждисциплінарний підхід; квалітативний опис. Результати дослідження показують, що соціокультурні практики забезпечують безперервність культурної пам’яті, сприяють адаптації традицій до глобальних викликів та зміцнюють національну свідомість. Формування національної компетентності є стратегічною умовою культурної стійкості, самореалізації особистості та розвитку гуманістичних цінностей. Збереження спадщини через соціокультурні практики підтримує культурне розмаїття, міжкультурний діалог та соціальну солідарність. In the era of globalization, when there is a unification of lifestyles and the spread of mass culture, the problem of preserving cultural identity and national heritage is of particular importance. Socio-cultural practices become a key mechanism for supporting cultural stability and forming national competence of citizens. Their role is to recreate cultural experience, preserve authenticity and form a sense of belonging to the community. The purpose of the study: to analyze the role of socio-cultural practices in forming national competence of citizens as a key mechanism for preserving and updating national cultural heritage in the context of globalization. Research methods: method of analysis and synthesis of scientific sources; philosophical and conceptual analysis; case analysis and description; interdisciplinary approach; qualitative description. The results of the study show that socio-cultural practices ensure the continuity of cultural memory, contribute to the adaptation of traditions to global challenges and strengthen national consciousness. The formation of national competence is a strategic condition for cultural stability, self-realization of the individual and the development of humanistic values. Preservation of heritage through socio-cultural practices supports cultural diversity, intercultural dialogue and social solidarity. National competence functions as a meta-paradigm category that provides a holistic vision of the formation of a citizen’s personality in response to the challenges of war, colonial heritage and globalization. Globalization transforms not only economic and political systems, but also cultural landscapes, creating opportunities for dialogue between cultures and at the same time risks of unification. Management of socio-cultural activities in a global environment acts as a means of supporting diversity, cultural synergy and national identity.
