Мотивація в контексті життєвої спрямованості особистості (соціально-філософський аспект)

Abstract

Мотивація виступає справжнім локомотивом прогресу людської цивілізації, адже це та могутня сила, яка здатна спонукати нас до дій заради досягнення значущих цілей. Без високого рівню мотивації просто не можливо досягти успіху та помітних результатів у будь-якій сфері людської діяльності. Саме тому, особливої актуальності набуває проблема підвищення мотивації в контексті життєвої спрямованості особистості. Для розв‘язання цієї проблеми необхідно переосмислити застарілі уявлення про ключові фактори демотивації. Мета статті полягає у соціально-філософському аналізі ключових механізмів мотивації, та можливостей її підвищення в контексті формування персональної життєвої спрямованості особистості. Для реалізації означеної мети було використано такі методи, як: метод критичного аналізу наукової літератури з означеної проблематики, діалектичний, індуктивний, дедуктивний, а також метод системного аналізу. Relevance of the problem. Motivation is a real locomotive of the progress of human civilization, because it is a powerful force that can motivate us to take action to achieve significant goals. Without a high level of motivation, it is simply impossible to achieve success and noticeable results in any sphere of human activity. That is why the problem of increasing motivation in the context of a person’s life orientation is of particular relevance. To solve this problem, it is necessary to rethink outdated ideas about the key factors of demotivation. The purpose of the article is to conduct a socio-philosophical analysis of the key mechanisms of motivation and the possibilities of increasing it in the context of forming a person’s personal life orientation. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: the method of critical analysis of scientific literature on the specified issues, dialectical, inductive, deductive, and the method of system analysis.
