Цифровізація освіти: європейські практики та українські реалії

Abstract

Здійснено аналіз процесів цифровізації освіти в контексті європейських практик та українських реалій. Розкрито провідні підходи до впровадження цифрових технологій у системах освіти країн Європейського Союзу, зокрема щодо розвитку цифрової компетентності учасників освітнього процесу, використання онлайн-платформ, хмарних сервісів та інструментів дистанційного і змішаного навчання. Окреслено стан і особливості цифрової трансформації освіти в Україні з урахуванням сучасних соціальних викликів, умов воєнного часу та євроінтеграційного курсу держави. Визначено ключові проблеми та перспективи адаптації європейського досвіду цифровізації до українського освітнього простору. Обґрунтовано значення цифрових інновацій як чинника підвищення якості освіти, забезпечення її доступності та сталого розвитку освітньої системи України.

An analysis of the processes of digitization of education in the context of European practices and Ukrainian realities has been carried out. The leading approaches to the implementation of digital technologies in the education systems of the European Union countries have been revealed, in particular regarding the development of digital competence of participants in the educational process, the use of online platforms, cloud services, and tools for distance and blended learning. The state and features of the digital transformation of education in Ukraine are outlined, taking into account current social challenges, wartime conditions, and the country's European integration course. Key problems and prospects for adapting European digitalization experience to the Ukrainian educational space are identified. The importance of digital innovations as a factor in improving the quality of education, ensuring its accessibility, and the sustainable development of the Ukrainian educational system is substantiated.
