Проблеми гігієни у фізичному вихованні і спорті: сучасні реалії та інновації

Abstract

Актуальність проблеми. Сучасний розвиток фізичного виховання і спорту супроводжується зростанням інтенсивності тренувального процесу, розширенням спектра спортивних дисциплін та активним залученням до занять різних вікових і соціальних груп населення. У цих умовах гігієнічне забезпечення стає вирішальним чинником збереження здоров’я, профілактики травм та підвищення ефективності фізичних навантажень. Недотримання гігієнічних норм у спортивних залах, на стадіонах, у басейнах чи тренажерних залах може призвести до зниження працездатності, поширення інфекцій, порушення відновлювальних процесів, розвитку хронічних захворювань. Додаткову актуальність проблема отримує через: збільшення інтенсивності та обсягу тренувальних навантажень; зростання ролі фітнес-індустрії та масового спорту; негативний вплив урбанізації, екологічних та кліматичних змін; необхідність санітарно-епідеміологічної безпеки у постпандемічний період; розвиток інклюзивного спорту, що потребує адаптованих гігієнічних стандартів. У статті наводяться сучасні інноваційні технології (системи очищення та іонізації повітря, безконтактні засоби дезінфекції, «розумні» тренажери з біомоніторингом, сучасні матеріали спортивного інвентарю), які відкривають нові можливості для підвищення рівня гігієни у спортивному середовищі. Мета дослідження. Стаття спрямована на аналіз сучасних проблем гігієни у фізичному вихованні та спорті, визначення ключових ризиків для здоров’я учасників рухової активності та розгляд інноваційних підходів до їх подолання. Relevance of the problem. The modern development of physical education and sports is accompanied by an increase in the intensity of the training process, an expansion of the spectrum of sports disciplines and active involvement in classes of different age and social groups of the population. In these conditions, hygiene provision becomes a decisive factor in maintaining health, preventing injuries and increasing the effectiveness of physical activity.Failure to comply with hygiene standards in sports halls, stadiums, swimming pools or gyms can lead to a decrease in working capacity, the spread of infections, disruption of recovery processes, and the development of chronic diseases. The problem gains additional relevance due to: an increase in the intensity and volume of training loads; the growing role of the fitness industry and mass sports; the negative impact of urbanization, environmental and climate change; the need for sanitary and epidemiological safety in the post-pandemic period; the development of inclusive sports, which requires adapted hygiene standards.The article presents modern innovative technologies (air purification and ionization systems, contactless disinfection means, «smart» simulators with biomonitoring, modern materials of sports equipment), which open up new opportunities for improving the level of hygiene in the sports environment.Purpose of the study. The article is aimed at analyzing modern hygiene problems in physical education and sports, identifying key risks to the health of participants in physical activity and considering innovative approaches to overcoming them.
