Abstract

У статті висвітлюється сучасний стан проблеми самоактуалізації особистості в контексті прийняття рішень. Узагальнено дослідження вітчизняних і закордонних учених про сутність поняття «самоактуалізація» особистості і підходи до її вивчення. Розглянуто питання професійної самоактуалізації, проведений аналіз спрямованості вибору й прийняття рішень як фактору розгортання самоактуалізації у процесі професійного становлення. Встановлено, що структурними елементами моделі самоактуалізації особистості традиційно обрано характеристики, які можна згрупувати у чотири класи: ті, що відбивають внутрішнє ставлення до світу (орієнтація у часі, ціннісні орієнтації, потреба в пізнанні), ставлення до себе (саморозуміння, аутосимпатія), до інших (погляд на природу людини) та власні властивості особистості, що характеризують самоактуалізовану особистість (контактність, гнучкість в спілкуванні, творче відношення до життя, автономність, спонтанність). The article highlights the current state of the problem of individual’s self‐actualization in the context of decision‐making. The research of domestic and foreign scientists on the essence of the concept of individual’s self‐actualization and approaches to its study are summarized. The issue of professional self‐actualization was the matter of research; the focus of choice and decision‐making was analyzed as a factor in the development of selfactualization in the process of professional development. It has been found out that the structural elements of the model of self‐actualization of the individual are traditionally are seen as characteristics that can be grouped into four classes: those that reflect the internal attitude to the world (orientation in time, value orientations, the need for knowledge), attitude to oneself (selfunderstanding, autosympathy), to others (view of human nature) and own personality properties that characterize a self‐actualized personality (contact flexibility in communication, creative attitude to life, autonomy, spontaneity). The concept of determination is analyzed as an integral property of the individual, which encompasses different‐level qualities of the individual that function in the process of choice and decision‐making, and determination decisiveness, which is a property of the will and at the same time a component of determination at the stage of implementation of the decision.
