Інклюзивне прийняття рішень і стратегії реалізації вибору професіонала

Abstract

У статті презентовано результати дослідження стратегій реалі-зації вибору професіонала в галузі соціономічних професій (психолога, вчителя, менеджера) в ситуації вибору й прийняття рішень. Інклюзивне прийняття рішень розглядається як рівноправний для всіх учасників процес розробки, формування та прийняття кінцевого варіанту вибору, в якому всі особи, від яких безпосе-редньо залежить результат цього вибору, знаходяться у ситуації безпечного, інклюзивного простору. Показано, що в інклюзивному просторі цінується успішна взаємодія між учасниками процесу прийняття рішення, взаєморозу-міння, відсутність тиску, відсутність приниження з боку інших, підтримується й поважається унікальність кожної людини, її думки, позиції та особистий внесок у процес прийняття колективних рішень, що сприяє побудові інклюзивного середовища. The article presents the results of a study of strategies for implementing the choice of a professional in the field of socionomic professions (psychologist, teacher, manager) in a situation of choice and decision-making. Inclusive decision-making is considered as an equal process for all participants in the development, formation and adoption of the final option of choice, in which all persons on whom the outcome of this choice directly depends are in the space of a safe, inclusive space. It is shown that in an inclusive space, successful interaction between participants in the decision-making process, mutual understanding, the absence of pressure, humiliation from others is valued, the uniqueness of each person, their opinions, positions and personal contribution to the process of collective decision-making is supported and respected, which contributes to the construction of an inclusive environment.
