| Abstract: | This paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of psychological support for individual mental well-being in the context of war. It identifies the main risks to mental health, outlines conceptual approaches to understanding the phenomenon of mental well-being, and proposes basic principles of psychological assistance. It is shown that a multi-level support system contributes to increasing the psychological resilience and adaptation of the population. |
