Політичні технології, консолідація суспільства та євроінтеграція: глобалізаційні виклики для політичної культури України та Польщі

Abstract

Роль політичних технологій у консолідації суспільства та формуванні політичної культури є важливим і актуальним аспектом сучасної політики, що значно впливає на динаміку політичних процесів. Порівняння досвіду України та Польщі дозволяє дослідити, як різні стратегії політичних технологій можуть сприяти або гальмувати стабільність політичних інститутів, а також впливати на суспільну консолідацію і розвиток національної ідентичності. У Польщі політичні технології в основному використовуються для зміцнення існуючих політичних інститутів, що допомагає підтримувати стабільність і запобігає глибоким соціальним розколам. Партія «Право і справедливість» ефективно використовує медіа та інші політичні інструменти для популяризації консервативних цінностей, що допомагає забезпечити підтримку серед широких верств населення. The Role of Political Technologies in Societal Consolidation and the Formation of Political Culture is an important and relevant aspect of contemporary politics that significantly impacts the dynamics of political processes. A comparison of the experiences of Ukraine and Poland allows for an exploration of how different political technology strategies can either promote or hinder the stability of political institutions, as well as influence social consolidation and the development of national identity. In Poland, political technologies are mainly used to strengthen existing political institutions, helping to maintain stability and prevent deep social divisions. The «Law and Justice» party effectively uses media and other political tools to promote conservative values, which helps secure support among broad segments of the population. However, this approach is not without risks of political polarization, as the media control practiced by this party may create divides in society and even threaten the democratic process, which in turn can lead to a weakening of trust in political institutions. In Ukraine, political technologies play a similar role but in the context of a more dynamic political landscape.
