| Abstract: | . У статті розглянута проблема вирішення екологічних проблем військової сфери в процесі реалізації конкретних планів військової реформи з урахуванням їх зв'язку як з глобальними, так і національно-регіональними екологічними проблемами. Виробництво ризиків в сучасному світі перетворюється в неконтрольований соціальний процес. Процеси глобалізації гранично загострили проблему виживання людства. У сучасному світі ризики глобального масштабу створює боротьба за природні ресурси. У той же час до катастрофічного погіршення природного середовища призводять не тільки бойові дії. Принципово важливим стало визнання світовою спільнотою того, що і повсякденне функціонування збройних сил створює екологічні загрози. The article deals with the problem of solving environmental problems of the military sphere in the process of implementation of specific plans of military reform, taking into account their connection with both global and national-regional environmental problems. The production of risks in the modern world is transformed into an uncontrolled social process. The processes of globalization have greatly aggravated the problem of human survival. In today's world, the risks of a global scale create a struggle for natural resources. At the same time, not only military action leads to catastrophic deterioration of the natural environment. It was fundamentally important for the world community to recognize that the day-to-day functioning of the armed forces creates environmental threats. |
