Формування природничо-наукового світогляду майбутніх учителів початкової школи як чинник інноватизації їх професійно-педагогічної діяльності

Abstract

Стаття розкриває результати аналізу наукового фонду з формування природничо-наукового світогляду майбут- ніх учителів початкової школи в проєкції інноватизації їх професійно-педагогічної діяльності. Доведено, що форму- вання у майбутніх учителів початкової школи природничо-наукового світогляду активізує доказове та переконливе розкриття ролі людини у пізнанні феноменології «природи» та цілісність її сприйняття. Визначено, що формування природничо-наукового світогляду майбутніх учителів початкових класів закладає фундамент формування природ- ничого світогляду і наукового стилю мислення учнів. За результатами опрацювання наукових джерел встановлено, що з-поміж провідних ідей Концепції Нової української школи є активізація інноваційного характеру та підготовка педагогів початкового навчання до інноваційної педагогічної діяльності, увиразнення передових інноваційно-методоло- гічних підходів, законів і закономірностей, технологій та методик навчання, які продукують розвиток навичок само- стійного креативного та творчого мислення школярів, потенціал нових відкриттів та розв’язання проблеми з прин- ципово новою перспективою, стимулювання їхньої ініціативності, бажання змінювати довколишній світ. Доведено, що інноваційність підготовки майбутніх учителів початкової школи має бути посилена формуванням їх природничо- наукового світогляду, адже потужний потенціал знань про природу та довколишній світ є механізмом формування правильної світоглядної позиції учнів про цінність природи, землі, екології та сталого розвитку суспільства. The paper reveals the results of the analysis of the scientific fund on the problem of forming the natural and scientific worldview of future primary school teachers in the projection of innovating their professional and pedagogical activity. It has been proven that the formation of a natural-scientific worldview among future primary school teachers activates the evidential and convincing disclosure of the role of man in the cognition of the phenomenology of “nature” and the integrity of its perception. It has been determined that the formation of the natural and scientific worldview of future primary school teachers lays the foundation for the formation of students’ natural worldview and scientific thinking style. According to the results of the study of scientific sources, it was revealed that the activation of the innovative character and the preparation of teachers of primary education for innovative pedagogical activity, the expression of advanced innovative and methodological approaches, laws and regularities, technologies and teaching methods that produce development skills of independent and creative thinking of schoolchildren, the potential for new discoveries and problem solving with a fundamentally new perspective, stimulation of their initiative, desire to change the world around them are among the leading ideas of the Concept of the New Ukrainian School. It has been proven that the innovativeness of the training of future primary school teachers should be strengthened by the formation of their natural and scientific worldview, because the powerful potential of knowledge about nature and the surrounding world is a mechanism for forming the correct worldview position of students about the value of nature, land, ecology and sustainable development of society.
