Політичний лібералізм: еклектика свободи, права на життя та взаємної відповідальності у сучасному суспільстві

Abstract

Політичні перетворення кінця XX – початку XXI сто- ліття в світовому співтоваристві багато в чому слідували класичним канонам лібералізму, концепціям громадянського суспільства і політичної системи, розро- бленим в західній політичній науці і практиці. Економічна ж політика перебувала під визначальним впливом неоліберальних теорій. Проблема меж застосовності різних областей ліберальної доктрини як і раніше є надзвичайно актуальною, так як визначає не тільки можливості поступального розвитку людства, але і його буття як Homo Moralis. Саме тому важливо розуміти першочергову значимість права на життя і свободи в сучасному розумінні політичного лібералізму, а також значимість взаємної відповідальності для якісного життя. Для продовження еволю- ціонування людства як виду важливим представляється розвиток креативності на основі свободи внаслідок чого більш якісно буде пізнана сучасна широта діапа- зону питань, що є предметом уваги ліберальної політичної думки. Протиріччя між розумінням лібералізму як міцної системи поглядів, з одного боку, і його значним переформатуванням у зв’язку зі знову виникаючими політичними умовами, з іншого боку, є перешкодою до більш чіткого осмислення реформістського потенціалу лібе- ралізму. The political transformations of the late XX – early XXI centuries in the world community largely followed the classical canons of liberalism, the concepts of civil society and the political system developed in Western political science and practice. Economic policy, on the other hand, was heavily influenced by neoliberal theories. The problem of the limits of applicability of various areas of liberal doctrine is still extremely relevant, since it determines not only the possibilities of progressive development of humanity, but also its existence as Homo Moralis. That is why it is important to understand the primary importance of the right to life and freedoms in the modern understanding of political liberalism, as well as the importance of mutual responsibility for quality of life. For the continuation of the evolution of humanity as a species, it is important to develop creativity on the basis of freedom, as a result of which the modern breadth of the range of issues that are the subject of attention of liberal political thought will be better known. The contradiction between the understanding of liberalism as a solid system of views, on the one hand, and its significant reformatting due to newly emerging political conditions, on the other hand, is an obstacle to a clearer understanding of the reformist potential of liberalism.
