Фронезис у філософії гібридного менеджменту: як практична мудрість змінює сучасні організації

Abstract

Поняття гібридного менеджменту лунає все частіше серед дослідників і практиків, однак точність і глибина його розуміння досі не є однозначними. З одного боку, це поєднання різних підходів до управління – від класичних методів контролю до гнучких моделей колективної мудрості. З іншого боку, гібридність передбачає співіснування різних ціннісних орієнтирів, що формують основу сучасного етичного бізнесу. Мета роботи – виявити, яким чином концепція фронезису може слугувати філософською основою гібридного менеджменту для формування більш стійких та етичних організацій. Об’єктом цього дослідження є процес формування та застосування гібридного менеджменту в сучасних організаціях, зокрема з урахуванням концепції практичної мудрості (фронезису). Увага зосереджується на тому, як керівники й колективи інтегрують різні підходи до управління, поєднуючи класичні інструменти контролю з елементами гнучкого і ціннісно орієнтованого підходу. Предметом дослідження виступають конкретні механізми, форми та умови, за яких фронезис (практична мудрість) проявляється в гібридному менеджменті. Relevance of the study. The concept of hybrid management is increasingly heard among researchers and practitioners, but the accuracy and depth of its understanding are still not unambiguous. On the one hand, it is a combination of different approaches to management - from classical control methods to flexible models of collective wisdom. On the other hand, hybridity involves the coexistence of different value orientations that form the basis of modern ethical business. The purpose of the work is to identify how the concept of phronesis can serve as a philosophical basis for hybrid management for the formation of more sustainable and ethical organizations. The object of this study is the process of formation and application of hybrid management in modern organizations, in particular, taking into account the concept of practical wisdom (phronesis). Attention is focused on how managers and teams integrate different approaches to management, combining classical control tools with elements of a flexible and value-oriented approach. The subject of the study is the specific mechanisms, forms and conditions under which phronesis (practical wisdom) manifests itself in hybrid management. In particular, it concerns decision-making in complex ethical and practical situations, the development of collective wisdom in teams and the dynamic balancing between commercial interests and moral values. Methodological foundations of the study. To obtain a complete and multidimensional picture, a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used. The analysis of scientific publications (including philosophical sources) made it possible to form a theoretical basis and conceptual apparatus. Case studies and expert interviews helped to identify real practices of applying hybrid management based on phronesis. In addition, elements of comparative analysis were used to trace how different organizations (of different scales and fields of activity) adapt the ideas of practical wisdom in their management approaches.
