Державна політика України у сфері інформаційної безпеки

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження обумовлена насамперед тим, що інформаційна безпека держави належить до найбільш пріоритетних цілей сучасної держави і є однєїю з найважливіших факторів сталого національного розвитку. Це пов’язано з тим, що сучасний стан розвитку суспільства характеризується зростаючою роллю інформаційної сфери, яка значною мірою визначає перспективи успішного здійснення соціальних, економічних, культурних і політичних перетворень. Водночас, в умовах стрімкого розвитку інформаційних і комп’ютерних технологій, загрози для інформаційної безпеки (і зокрема кібербезпеки) держави суттєво зростають. Це свідчить про необхідність визначення основних загроз і небезпек державі в інформаційному просторі, вжиття необхідних заходів щодо протидії цим загрозам і небезпекам, а також формування та реалізації адекватної сучасним загрозам та небезпекам державної політики у сфері забезпечення інформаційної безпеки України. Метою дослідження є встановлення та розкриття характеру державної політики України у сфері інформаційної безпеки. The relevance of the study is due primarily to the fact, that the information security of the state is one of the most priority goals of the modern state and one of the most important factors of sustainable national development. The development of modern society is characterized by the growing role of the information sphere, which largely determines the prospects for the successful implementation of social, economic, cultural and political transformations. In the conditions of rapid development of information technologies and computer technologies, threats to information security (and in particular cyber security) of the state are growing significantly. It indicates the demand to identify the main threats and dangers to the state in the information sphere, to counter these threats and dangers, as well as to form and implement an adequate state policy in the field of information security of Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to find out and to reveal the nature of the state’s policy of Ukraine in the field of information security.
