Засоби протидії маніпулятивному впливу на імідж держави

Abstract

У статті зазначено, що у межах підготовки та реалізації як прихованої агресії проти України 2014 р., так і повномасштабного вторгнення 2022 р., російська федерація використовувала широкий спектр технологій маніпулятивного впливу на імідж нашої держави. Підкреслено, що не дивлячись на всі впроваджені контрзаходи росія і сьогодні продовжує реалізовувати свій інформаційний тиск. Наголошено, що залежність України від фінансових потоків із Заходу, вкрай чутливого до громадської думки, роблять заявлену тему критично важливою. Констатовано, що перед вітчизняним науковим середовищем постає соціальний заказ дослідити проблему підтримки позитивного іміджу держави, що неможливо без ґрунтовного аналізу технологій маніпулятивного впливу та засобів протидії їх реалізації. Зазначено, що метою статті є виявлення та детальне вивчення технік маніпулятивного впливу на імідж держави, що дозволить визначити засоби протидії їх застосуванню в політичному процесі. Заявлено, що головним методом дослідження є порівняльний аналіз наукових робіт дослідників, які займалися тими чи тими аспектами заявленої теми. The article states that within the framework of the preparation and implementation of both the covert aggression against Ukraine in 2014 and the full-scale invasion in 2022, the russian federation used a wide range of technologies of manipulative influence on the image of our state. It is emphasized that despite all the implemented countermeasures, russia continues to implement its information pressure today. It is emphasized that Ukraine’s dependence on financial flows from the West, which is extremely sensitive to public opinion, makes the stated problem critically important. It is stated that the domestic scientific community is faced with a social order to investigate the problem of maintaining a positive image of the state, which is impossible without a thorough analysis of the technologies of manipulative influence and means of counteracting their implementation. It is noted that the purpose of the article is to identify and study in detail the techniques of manipulative influence on the image of the state, which will allow us to determine the means of counteracting their use in the political process. It is stated that the main method of the study is a comparative analysis of scientific works of researchers who have dealt with certain aspects of the stated topic.
