Педагогічні умови адаптації курсантів до навчання у вищих військових навчальних закладах

Abstract

У дисертації вперше визначено комплекс педагогічних умов адаптації курсантів до навчання у вищому військовому навчальному закладі. Розкрито специфічні особливості адаптаційного процесу курсантів до навчання у вищому навчальному закладі закритого типу. Визначено основні адаптаційні труднощі, фактори, функції, а також педагогічні умови, що сприяють успішній адаптації курсантів до навчання у вищих військових навчальних закладах. Розроблено структурно-функціональну модель адаптації курсантів до навчання у військовому ВНЗ. Запропоновано шляхи і засоби формування адаптованості курсантів. Розроблено методику діагностування стану адаптованості. For the first time, in the dissertation the complex of pedagogical conditions necessary for cadet’ adaptation to their training at higher military educational establishments is determined. Definite features and laws of the process of adaptation of the cadets to their training at an establishment of a ‘close’ type are specified. The main difficulties of the process above are determined, as factors, functions and pedagogical conditions, which assist successfully the process. The structural – functional model of the adaptation of cadets to their studies at higher military educational establishments is developed. Ways and means of the formation of the required degree of cadets’ adaptation are offered. Diagnostics techniques which determine the degree of cadets’ adaptation are developed.
