Формування педагогічної рефлексії учителів гуманітарних спеціальностей у післядипломній освіті

Abstract

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено проблемі формування педагогічної рефлексії учителів гуманітарних спеціальностей у післядипломній освіті. У дисертації вперше визначено й науково обґрунтовано сутність феномена «педагогічна рефлексія учителів гуманітарних спеціальностей» як інтегральне особистісне утворення, механізм професійного самовдосконалення і самоактуалізації, що виявляється в здатності вчителя займати аналітичну позицію до своєї професійної діяльності і себе як її суб’єкта з урахуванням розвивального потенціалу гуманітарних дисциплін. Визначено компоненти педагогічної рефлексії учителів гуманітарних спеціальностей (особистісний, інтелектуальний, діяльнісний, міжособистісний); критерії (мотиваційно-ціннісний, пізнавальний, операціональний, організаційний) i відповідні показники; схарактеризовано рівні сформованості педагогічної рефлексії учителів гуманітарних спеціальностей (достатній, задовільний, низький). The thesis is dedicated to the problem of formation of humanities teachers’ pedagogical reflection in postgraduate education. Pedagogical reflection of humanities teachers is defined as an integral characteristic of the personality, as a mechanism of professional self-improvement and self-actualization, which manifests itself in the ability of the teacher to take analytical position toward his/her professional activity and him/herself as its subject, considering the developing potential of the Humanities. Reflection is an ability that can be shaped and developed, and the most effectively this is achieved in conditions of specially organized activity, in particular in postgraduate education. The specificity of the professional activity of humanities teachers and their professionally relevant qualities (openness to non-standard thinking of students; ability to accept various controversial thoughts, tolerance and impartiality; focus on understanding student’s personality, his inner world and individual abilities; importance of communicative and interactive skills; emotional culture; ability to establish contacts and develop communicative skills, etc.) allowed to determine and substantiate the following components of their pedagogical reflection: intellectual, activity-based, personal, and interpersonal.
