Формування культури професійної взаємодії майбутніх фахівців соціономічної сфери

Abstract

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячено проблемі формування культури професійної взаємодії майбутніх фахівців соціономічної сфери в професійній підготовці. Науково обґрунтовано й експериментально перевірено педагогічні умови формування культури професійної взаємодії майбутніх фахівців соціономічної сфери в професійній підготовці (забезпечення сприятливого соціально-психологічного клімату в студентській групі в процесі навчання; активізація професійно спрямованої взаємодії майбутніх фахівців соціономічної сфери інтерактивними методами навчання; залучення студентів соціономічної сфери до організації конструктивної професійної взаємодії в позааудиторній роботі); визначено сутність феномену «культура професійної взаємодії». The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem related to the formation of the professional interaction culture demonstrated by the future specialists of the socionomic sphere, which allowed us to substantiate and build a model facilitating the realization of this process, to develop and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions in the process of the students’ professional training. In the first section “Theoretical principles enabling the formation of the professional interaction culture demonstrated by the future specialists of the socionomic sphere”, the state of the study regarding the problem of forming the professional interaction culture demonstrated by the future specialists of the socionomic sphere is analysed, the content of the notion “professional interaction of specialists of the socionomic sphere” is specified, pedagogical conditions for forming the culture of professional interaction of future specialists representing the socionomic sphere are substantiated.
