Аналіз впливу цифрових технологій на якість вищої освіти в Україні в умовах глобальних викликів

Abstract

Мета статті – проаналізувати вплив цифрових технологій на якість вищої освіти в Україні. У процесі здійснення дослідження використано метод аналізу наукової літератури, що стосується цифровізації вищої освіти , та метод порівняння для вивчення українського досвіду у контексті світових практик і узагальнення. У результатах дослідження зазначено, що цифрова трансформація передбачає впровадження організаційних змін за допомогою цифрових технологій для підвищення ефективності функціонування закладів вищої освіти. Основні переваги цифрової трансформації у вищій освіті полягають у створенні сприятливих умов для стимулювання мотивації до самонавчання й саморозвитку, формування навичок самоосвіти, мобільності та здатності швидко адаптуватися до змін, забезпечення можливості навчання у комфортних умовах. Цифрові технології не лише розширюють доступ до освітніх матеріалів у будь-який час і з будь-якого місця, але й сприяють кращому засвоєнню складних тем здобувачами вищої освіти, підвищуючи ефективність процесу навчання. Тhe purpose of the article was to analyze the impact of digital technologies on the quality of higher education in Ukraine. The methods used to achieve the goal included the analysis of scientific literature related to the digitalization of higher education, the comparison method for studying the Ukrainian experience in the context of world practices, and generalization. The results of the study indicate that digital transformation in higher education involves the implementation of organizational changes with the help of digital technologies in order to increase the efficiency of the relevant institutions. The main advantages of digital transformation in higher education are the creation of favorable conditions for a number of key aspects, in particular, the stimulation of motivation for self-learning and self-development, the development of self-education skills, the formation of mobility and the ability to quickly adapt to changes, providing the opportunity to study in comfortable conditions. Digital technologies not only increase access to educational materials at any time and from any place, but also contribute to better assimilation of complex topics by students of higher education, increasing the effectiveness of the learning process. Digital technologies in higher education provide a large number of options for individualization of the educational process, including the pace of mastering the material, the level of complexity, and the method of presentation.
