Особливості формування політики ідентичності в сучасному Європейському Союзі: досвід для України

Abstract

Реалії сьогодення свідчать, що російсько-українська війна актуалізувала широкий спектр проблем. Особливого значення, в умовах повномасштабного вторгнення, набуває дослідження питання щодо забезпечення національної стійкості України. А одним із інструментів забезпечення національної стійкості є політика ідентичності. Тож, в даному досліджені розглянуто понятійно – категоріальний апарат таких термінів як: «ідентичність», «європейська ідентичність», «національна ідентичність». Розглянуто досвід формування політики ідентичності в Європейському Союзі. Обґрунтовано два основні напрямки європейської ідентичності: через історичну спадщину та політичну ідентичність. Доведено, що політика ідентичності, забезпечує консолідацію громадянського суспільства, сприяючи національній стійкості. Встановлено, що національна ідентичність це визнання народом самого себе через повагу до рідної історії, традицій, національну культуру, уявлення своїх національних інтересів, ідеалів та цінностей. З’ясовано, що процес формування ідентичності є серією взаємопов’язаних виборів. Мета статті полягає у висвітлення основних теоретичних і практичних питань пов’язаних з дослідженням особливостей формування політики ідентичності на прикладі Європейського Союзу. Методологічна основа дослідження базується на положеннях класичних і сучасних політичних теорій, пов’язаних з предметом розгляду. Використанні загальнонаукові методи дослідження, такі як: порівняльний і аналітичний методи та метод структурного аналізу, які дозволяють більш повно розкрити сутність досліджуваної проблеми. Таким чином, зазначимо, що проведене наукове дослідження дозволило обґрунтувати теоретичні та методичні засади впливу політики ідентичності на формування національної стійкості на основі універсальних демократичних цінностей, якими є свобода. Today’s realities show that the Russian-Ukrainian war actualized a wide range of problems. In the conditions of a full-scale invasion, the study of the issue of ensuring the national stability of Ukraine acquires special importance. And one of the tools for ensuring national stability is identity politics. So, in this study, the conceptual – categorical apparatus of such terms as: «identity», «European identity», «national identity» was considered. The experience of identity policy formation in the European Union is considered. Two main directions of European identity are substantiated: through historical heritage and political identity. It has been proven that identity politics ensures the consolidation of civil society, contributing to national stability. It has been established that national identity is the recognition of oneself by the people through respect for their native history, traditions, national culture, representation of their national interests, ideals and values. It was found that the process of identity formation is a series of interconnected choices. The purpose of the article is to highlight the main theoretical and practical issues related to the study of the peculiarities of identity policy formation on the example of the European Union. The methodological basis of the study is based on the provisions of classical and modern political theories related to the subject under consideration. The use of general scientific methods of research, such as: comparative and analytical methods and the method of structural analysis, which allow to more fully reveal the essence of the investigated problem. Thus, we note that the conducted scientific research made it possible to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles of the influence of identity politics on the formation of national stability based on universal democratic values, which are freedom.
