Регіональні компоненти політичних процесів

Abstract

The regional political process, like any social process, is very diverse in terms of its components. This process includes the institutionalization of power structures associated with changes in the type of political system, the formation and functioning of party structures, and the activities of the leading elite. These components enable the political process in any region, although they make it controversial due to the fact that it will have a different appearance depending on the specifics of a given political region. At the same time, the political processes that transformed the system of society affected the institutional, communicative, informational and regulatory aspects of the regional political process without fail. The article reveals the need for a theoretical understanding of the diversity and complexity of the political process in different regions of the world, on the dynamics of which the transformation of society as a whole depends directly. The study of the regional level of political processes acquires special importance due to the ambiguity of what is constantly happening in the world, and due to the transformation of modern society, the aggravation of a number of socio-economic problems and instability in society in certain countries. The main goal of this work is to determine the current trends in the socio-political development of the states of the world, especially the effects of globalization on different political and geographical regions. The following methods were used during the research: general scientific methods of observation, systematization and classification of phenomena, methods of structural and functional analysis and content analysis. The results of this work will contribute to the development of fundamental and applied scientific research, the expansion of expert and analytical activities, the development of scientific and methodological materials and proposals for solving various risks, taking into account the specifics of different countries and trends in modern international relations. Регіональний політичний процес, як і будь-який суспільний процес, за своїми складовими є дуже різноманітним. До цього процесу входять інституціоналізація структур влади, пов’язана із змінами типу політичної системи, становлення та функціонування партійних структур, діяльність керівної еліти. Ці компоненти уможливлюють політичний процес у будь-яких регіонах, хоча й роблять його суперечливим через те, що він буде мати різний вигляд в залежності від особливостей даного політичного регіону. Водночас політичні процеси, що трансформували систему суспільства, не могли не позначитись на інституційному, комунікативному, інформаційно-регулятивному аспектах регіонального політичного процесу. Стаття розкриває необхідність теоретичного осмислення різноманіття та складності політичного процесу в різних регіонах світу, від динаміки якого безпосередньо залежить доля трансформації суспільства в цілому. Дослідження регіонального рівня політичних процесів набуває особливого значення у зв’язку з неоднозначністю того, що постійно відбувається у світі, та через трансформацію сучасного суспільства, загострення низки соціально-економічних проблем та нестабільністю у суспільстві у деяких країнах. Основною метою роботи є визначення сучасних тенденцій у соціально-політичному розвитку держав світу, особливо те, як глобалізація впливає на різні політичні та географічні регіони. Під час дослідження були задіяні такі методи: загальнонаукові методи спостереження, систематизації та класифікації явищ, методи структурно-функціонального аналізу та контент-аналізу. Результати цієї роботи сприятимуть розвитку фундаментальних та прикладних наукових досліджень, розширенню експертно-аналітичної діяльності, розробці науково-методичних матеріалів та пропозицій щодо вирішення різноманітних ризиків з урахуванням специфіки різних країн та тенденцій сучасних міжнародних відносин.
