Естрадна вокально-виконавська підготовка майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва у вимірі компетентнісного навчання

Abstract

У статті висвітлюється актуальність естрадної вокально-виконавської підготовки майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва в контексті компетентнісної освітньої парадигми. Ця актуальність зумовлюється популярністю естрадного вокально-виконавського мистецтва і здатністю компетентнісного підходу підвищити конкурентоспроможність майбутніх фахівців на ринку праці. У якості мети статті визначається дослідження особливості естрадної вокально-виконавської підготовки майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва у вимірі компетентнісного навчання. Розгля нуто компетентнісний підхід як сучасний орієнтир в освіті. Зазначено, що естрадна вокально-виконавська підготовка майбут ніх учителів музичного мистецтва – це практично-творчий вид діяльності, який ґрунтується на накопичених знаннях, уміннях, освітньо-професійних якостях і цінностях. Компетентний фахівець визначається як такий, що здатен у практичній, конкретній ситуації реалізувати набутий досвід, волю та емоційний стан саме у тій формі, яку потребують означені обставини. Доведено, що компетентність вчителя вокаліста має інтегрований характер, що ґрунтується на особливостях естрадної вокально-виконавської діяльності та на характері професійної діяльності вчителя музичного мистецтва. У статті висвітлюються різні аспекти професійної компетентності вчителя музичного мистецтва в контексті вокальної підготовки. The article highlights the relevance of variety vocal and performance training of future music teachers in the context of the competency based educational paradigm. This relevance is determined by the popularity of variety vocal and performance art and the ability of the competence approach to increase the competitiveness of future specialists on the labor market. The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of variety vocal and performance training of future music teachers in the dimension of competence training. The competence approach is considered as a modern reference point in education. It is noted that variety vocal and performance training of future music teachers is a practical and creative activity based on accumulated knowledge, skills, educational and professional qualities and values. A competent specialist is defined as one who is able to implement the acquired experience, will and emotional state in a practical, specific situation exactly in the form required by the given circumstances. It has been proven that the competence of a teacher vocalist has an integrated character, which is based on the features of variety vocal and performance and the nature of the professional activity of a music teacher. The article highlights various aspects of the professional competence of a music teacher in the context of vocal training. The work proposes a component structure of the professional competence of future teachers of musical art, which is formed in the process of variety vocal and performance training. This component structure has four interrelated components: personalvalue, vocal-scenic and reflexive-regulatory components. Each of the named components contains a number of general and professional competencies, distinguished on the basis of current educational and professional programs.
