Наративний аналіз деструктивних геополітичних концепцій

Abstract

The barbaric war of the putin regime against the Ukrainian state is a consequence of the longterm opposition of the Ukrainian state nation to the imperial ambitions of various leaders of the political system of the northern country at different times. Within the framework of the geostrategy of the modern Ukrainian state, an urgent task has arisen regarding a well-defined theoretical mechanism for identifying anti-Ukrainian geopolitical doctrines and destructive geopolitical concepts of various types based on fundamentalism, divine election, and messianism. By relying on the author’s concept of geostrategy, it was used a narrative analysis for studying modern applied political problems in interstate communication, the case of the putin regime’s war against the Ukrainian state. The research methodology comprises narrative analysis, retrospective analysis, a deductive approach, and modeling methods, which generally correspond to the basic model of the geostrategic theory. The article develops the author’s key idea of a clear distinction between geopolitics and geostrategy. Thus, following specific examples and employing a descriptive model, the author identified the components of the description model for the putin regime regarding its fellow citizens and corresponding samples of narratives of the putin regime regarding its fellow citizens, which may differ depending on the targeted audiences. It is concluded that Russia, provided the movement vector of the political system is preserved, as well as the tendencies of the elite’s degradation, the diffusion of the passionateness of the titular ethnic group, there are scarcely potential internal driving forces and, in general, causes and conditions, other determinants of the revolution, i.e., internal changes in the next 20 years. Thus, a complex of theoretical foundations was shaped for the scientific elaboration of the geostrategy of the modern Ukrainian state outside the context of populism and primitive clichés conveyed in the communication space. Particular attention is paid to the facts of scientific sacrilege and Little Russianism in scientific publications, which negatively affect the formation of constructive geostrategic discourse and the creation of geostrategy. Варварська війна путінського режиму проти Української держави є наслідком тривалого протистояння державної української нації імперським амбіціям різних очільників політичної системи північної країни у різні часи. У рамках геостратегії сучасної Української держави постало актуальне завдання щодо чіткого теоретичного механізму ідентифікації антиукраїнських геополітичних доктрин і виявлення деструктивних геополітичних концепцій різного штибу, заснованих на фундаменталізмі, богобраності, месіанстві. На підставі авторської концепції геостратегії застосовано наративний аналіз для дослідження сучасних прикладних політичних проблем в міждержавній комунікації, на прикладі війни путінського режиму проти Української держави. Методологія дослідження складається з: наративного аналізу, ретроспективного аналізу, а також дедуктивного підходу та методів моделювання, які в цілому відповідають базовій моделі теорії геостратегії. У статті продовжується ключова авторська ідея щодо чіткого порізнення геополітики і геостратегії. Через що на конкретних прикладах за допомогою описової моделі сформовано компоненти моделі опису путінського режиму щодо власних громадян та відповідні ним зразки моделей оповідей путінського режиму щодо своїх співгромадян, які можуть відхилятися, залежно від таргетованих аудиторій. Висновується, що в Росії, за умови збереження вектору руху політичної системи, а також тенденцій деградації еліти, дифузії пасіонарності титульного етносу, практично не існує потенційних внутрішніх рушійних сил і взагалі причин та умов, інших детермінант до революції, тобто внутрішніх змін у найближчі 20 років. Таким чином, сформовано комплекс теоретичних підвалин для наукового розроблення геостратегії сучасної Української держави поза контекстом популізму і та примітивних кліше, що тиражуються в комунікаційному просторі. Окрема увага приділена фактам наукового блюзнірства і малоросійства в наукових публікаціях, які негативно впливають на формування конструктивного геостратегічного дискурсу і творення геостратегії.
