Щодо необхідності творення геостратегічного дискурсу

Abstract

The scope of the scientific problem of the article’s topic determines the use of various research methods. Research logic entails the formulation of fundamentals to create geostrategic discourse, clarification of its strategic cognitive potential as part of the theory of geostrategy, and justification of the need to use discourse analysis when shaping strategic narratives. Based on the author’s concept of geostrategy, modern applied political trends in political communication, which influence the formation of the geostrategy of today’s Ukraine, including geostrategic discourse, are analyzed. The article context is strongly laced with the author’s concept of geostrategy and formation of the relevant geostrategicon as the art of geostrategy which, compared to the orthodoxal architecture of the geopolitical theory, focuses on the development of co-evolutionary systems, not on secular means of justifying opposition, struggle and permanent war. In global militarization, it is substantiated the necessity to transform political paradigms and advance them under the framework of geostrategy, but outside geopolitics, preserving the national identity of state nations amidst globalization and drastic militarization of international relations. The author proves that creating new world order should be an integral process of shaping not only new values but also effective means of their security, including military ones that are real but attributive. Thus, the political and security discourse of geostrategy is actualized precisely as a political-security practice, the immanent feature of which is development through integration, and not the eternal struggle through destruction and domination as in geopolitics. As a result, the following research areas are covered: 1) instrumentalization of discourse theory for the formation of geostrategic discourse; 2) the content of the discourse analysis based on specific cases of the Russian-Ukrainian war; 3) the importance of metacognitive discourse for the formation of modern geostrategic discourse. The author presents the original model of system discourses of geostrategy as theory. It is scientifically proved and substantiated that the geostrategic discourse should act as one of the effective means of forming the geostrategic space and generally constitute a significant lever for the implementation of geostrategy as a political and security practice. The dualism of geostrategy as a political theory and a political and security practice is additionally argued. Діапазон наукової проблеми обраної теми статті зумовлює використання різноманітних методів дослідження. Логіка дослідження передбачає формування засад для творення геостратегічного дискурсу, з’ясування його стратегічного когнітивного потенціалу в рамках розроблення теорії геостратегії, обґрунтування необхідності послуговування дискурсивним аналізом при формуванні стратегічних наративів. На підставі авторської концепції геостратегії аналізуються сучасні прикладні політичні тенденції в політичній комунікації, які впливають на формування геостратегії сучасної України, зокрема на геостратегічний дискурс. Контекст статті усіляко просякнутий авторською концепцією геостратегії і формування відповідного геостратегікону як мистецтва геостратегії, яка на відміну від ортодоксальної архітектури теорії геополітики спрямована на розвиток коеволюційних систем, а не на одвічні засоби обґрунтування протиборства, боротьби та перманентні війни. В умовах глобальної мілітаризації обґрунтовано необхідність трансформації політологічних парадигм і розвиток їх в рамках геостратегії, натомість поза контекстом геополітики, з урахуванням збереження національної ідентичності державних націй в період глобалізації і радикальної мілітаризації міжнародних відносин. Доведено, що формування нового світового порядку має становити інтегральний процес не лише творення нових цінностей, а й дієвих засобів їх безпеки, включаючи воєнні, які є можливим, а не атрибутивними. Відтак, актуалізується політико-безпековий дискурс геостратегії саме як політико-безпекової практики, іманентною рисою якої виступає розвиток через інтеграції, а не одвічна боротьба через знищення і панування як в геополітиці. Відповідно подаються такі напрями дослідження: 1) інструменталізація теорії дискурсу для формування геостратегічного дискурсу; 2) зміст дискурсивного аналізу на конкретних прикладах російсько-української війни; 3) значення метакогнітивного дискурсу для формування сучасного геостратегічного дискурсу. Подана авторська модель системних дискурсів геостратегії як теорії. Науково доведено і аргументовано, що геостратегічний дискурс має виступати одним із дієвих засобів формування геостратегічного простору, а в цілому становити вагомий важіль реалізації геостратегії як політико-безпекової практики. Додатково аргументовано дуалізм геостратегії як політичної теорії і як політикобезпекової практики.
