Взаємозв’язок між волевиявленням людини та свідомістю в цілісній структурі людини

Abstract

The relevance of this article is that it briefly focuses on the complex concepts of will, expression of will, as well as on the issues of the relationship with the concept of consciousness on a scientific basis. Free will is also complex and must be carefully studied due to the influence of many external factors. One of the most important questions arises from the fact that, as in such a determined world, can there be free will? Initially, the integral structure of man is modeled in terms of the environment, body and consciousness on the basis of the brain. The aim of the article is a philosophical and legal understanding of the relationship between the expression of will and consciousness, as well as its impact on the personal nature of modern man. The research methodology is based on the generalization of theoretical research of socio-legal philosophy, general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, the method of classification of concepts and the method of convergence from the abstract to the concrete. On the basis of modeling the origins of human will and relations with consciousness, the expression of will is discussed and studied. Free will is briefly studied in terms of existence, level of freedom and influence of factors. Finally, the results of the study will show an amazing concept of destiny, which is solved under the light of modeling the human structure and arguments for the expression of will and destiny. It is concluded that the consciousness based on the brain creates the human will, largely controls the level of free will and has a moderate effect on fate. Man’s destiny or will is determined and guided only to a certain extent only by personal conscious actions, which, obviously, are a function of the will and, therefore, free expression of will. Актуальність даної статті полягає в тому, що вона стисло зосереджена на складних поняттях волі, волевиявлення, а також на вирішені питання взаємозв’язку з поняттям свідомості на науковій основі. Вільна воля також є складною і має бути ретельно дослідженою через вплив на неї багатьох зовнішніх факторів. Одне з найважливіших питань виникає з того факту, що, як у такому детермінованому світі, може існувати вільна воля? Спочатку цілісна структура людини моделюється в термінах навколишнє середовище, тіло та свідомість на основі мозку. Метою статті є філософсько-правове осмислення взаємозв’язку між волевиявленням та свідомістю, а також його вплив на особистісну природу сучасної людини. Методологія дослідження базується на узагальненні теоретичних досліджень соціально-правової філософії, використовуються загальнонаукові методи аналізу та синтезу, метод класифікації понять та метод сходження від абстрактного до конкретного. На основі моделювання витоків людської волі та відносин із свідомістю обговорюються та досліджуються волевиявлення. Вільна воля коротко досліджується з точки зору існування, рівня свободи та впливу факторів. Нарешті, результати дослідження покажуть дивовижну концепцію долі, яка вирішується під освітленням моделювання людської структури та аргументів на волевиявлення та долю. Зроблено висновок, що свідомість, заснована на мозку, створює волю людини, значною мірою керує рівнем свободи волі і помірно впливає на долю. Доля чи воля людини визначається і керується тільки певною мірою лише особистими свідомими діями, які, очевидно, є функцією волі і, отже, вільним волевиявленням.
